Your store address
Every store answers on a Dukan address such as yourshop.dukan.biz. It is set during setup and shown in Settings.
Every plan lets you point your own domain at the store as well. Add the domain in Settings, then create the DNS record we show you at your domain registrar. The storefront answers on both addresses once the record has spread, and the Dukan address keeps working as a fallback.
Choose a theme
A theme is the complete look of your storefront — homepage, product pages, category pages, search, cart and checkout. Pick one during setup, and change it whenever you want a different look.
Changing theme never touches your catalog, orders or customers. Your products, categories and collections are the same underneath; only the presentation changes.
Branding
Your logo and colours are set once and used by whichever theme is active. Upload a logo, choose the colours the theme builds on, and the whole storefront follows.
Themes read your branding as tokens rather than fixed values, which is why switching theme keeps your shop looking like your shop.
Shape the homepage
The homepage is built from sections, stacked in the order you choose. Open Storefront, then Homepage sections, to add, reorder, hide and remove them.
The list is saved as a whole: arrange it the way you want it, then save once. Nothing changes on the live storefront until you do.
Section types
- Hero — the large opening banner.
- Category grid — a grid of categories, for a shop where the aisle is the way in.
- Featured products — a chosen number of products.
- Banner — an image and a link, for a promotion or an announcement.
- Collection list — several collections side by side.
- Brand list — the brands you carry.
- Rich text — a block of your own words, for a delivery notice or a short story about the shop.
Each section carries its own settings: how many items it shows, which collection or category it draws from, and which image sits behind it.
Languages
Storefronts run in Turkmen, Russian and English. Names and descriptions carry a value per language, and a shopper reads the store in the language they chose.
Fill in whichever languages you sell in. A field left blank in one language falls back to another rather than showing an empty space.
The cart and checkout
A shopper builds a cart on your store's own address and checks out by leaving a name, a phone number, a delivery address, and an optional note.
Orders arrive with no card payment attached. You call the customer, agree the details, and confirm or cancel — see Orders and payments.
Preview before you publish
Changes to sections, branding and theme settings are previewed before they go out. Look at the preview, then publish; the live storefront changes only when you say so.
Share your store
The Manager app has a Share button that copies your store link, ready to send to a customer or paste into a post.
