The products list
Products opens on your whole catalog, searchable by name and product code. Filter it by published, draft or archived, and by brand or category, and the filters combine.
Quick edit
Open the quick-edit sheet on any product to change its status, its discount percentage, and the price and stock of each variant — then save without leaving the list.
The edited row updates in place, so you keep your position in a long catalog instead of being sent back to the top.
Publish and unpublish
Swipe a product card to publish or unpublish it without opening anything. It is the fastest way to take something off the storefront when the last one has just walked out of the shop.
Add a product
Add product takes a name, a price, stock, photos, a comparison price, a product code, a brand and categories — the whole product, not a stub to finish later on a laptop.
Save and add another keeps the form open for the next one, which is what you want when a delivery has just landed.
Duplicate a product
Open a product's menu and choose Duplicate. The create form opens on a copy of it, with the original's details already filled in, so two products that differ by a colour are typed once.
Photos
Add photos from your camera or your gallery when you create a product, and manage the gallery afterwards. The first photo is the cover.
If a photo fails to upload — a lift, a bad signal — the product is still saved and the app offers to retry the photos rather than losing the whole entry.
Categories, brands and collections
All three are managed from Settings, under Catalog:
- Categories — the whole tree, with each row's product count, reordering, and a visibility switch.
- Brands — names, descriptions and logos, with the count of products carrying each.
- Collections — hand-picked lists, with a product picker that searches the whole catalog.
You can also create a brand or a category from inside the product form, without abandoning the product you are typing.
Homepage sections
Settings, then Storefront, opens your homepage sections. Add, reorder, hide and remove them, then save the arrangement in one action.
The section types are the same as in the dashboard — hero, category grid, featured products, banner, collection list, brand list and rich text. Storefront and themes covers what each one does.
Analytics
Analytics has two views, traffic and sales, over 7, 30 or 90 days or a custom range, each shown against the period before it.
Traffic gives visitors, page views, pages per visit and conversion, with traffic sources and most-viewed products. Sales gives revenue, orders, average order and new customers, with best sellers. Analytics and growth explains how to read them.
Share your store
The home screen has a Share button that copies your store link and hands it to whatever you share with — a message, a post, a customer asking where to find you.
What is done in the dashboard
Changing plan, editing the theme itself, and managing team access are done in the Dukan dashboard on a larger screen. Everything else about the catalog and the storefront is here.
