What the Manager app is for
Dukan Manager is the free mobile companion for Dukan merchants, on iPhone and Android. It covers the things a busy owner does several times a day: confirm and fulfil orders, adjust a price or a stock count, add a product, and know the moment a customer buys.
It comes with every Dukan store, at no extra cost, on every plan.
Install it
Get it from Google Play or the App Store. It runs on the phone you already have; nothing else is needed.
Sign in
Use the same account as your Dukan store. Enter your email and confirm with the one-time code we send, or continue with Google.
There is no password to set or remember. If a code does not arrive, check the spam folder before asking for another.
Choose a store
After signing in, pick the store you want to work in. If you only have one, the app goes straight to it.
Switch between stores
If you run more than one store, all of them are in the same app. Switch from the home screen or from Settings, without signing out.
Each store's plan and permissions are respected automatically, so you only see the tabs and actions your role allows in that store.
Turn on order alerts
Approve notifications once, when the app asks, and every new order reaches your phone in real time from then on. Tapping an alert opens the order it belongs to.
The switch is in Settings if you skipped the prompt, or if you want alerts on one phone and not another.
The notification center
Alerts also collect in the app, newest first, so nothing is lost if you miss one. It shows an unread count and can be marked all-read in one action.
Signed-in devices
Settings, then Devices, lists every phone signed in to your account, with when each was last seen. Revoking one stops it receiving order alerts, and is how you take a lost or replaced phone off the account.
The phone you are holding is not revocable from that list — the alerts switch in Settings owns it. Doing the same thing from two places is how people end up wondering why their notifications stopped.
Language and appearance
The app runs in Turkmen, Russian and English. It follows your device language and can be changed in Settings at any time.
Appearance follows your system light or dark setting, or you can pin it to one.
Your plan
Settings, then Plan, shows the store's current plan, what it includes, what an upgrade would add, and the store's status. Changing plan is done in the dashboard.
Sign out
Signing out is in Settings and asks you to confirm. It signs this phone out only; your other devices stay signed in.
