Plans & billing

Compare Basic and Plus, switch billing period, and understand store status.

Choose a plan

Dukan comes in two plans. The one you pick sets how many products you can hold and which parts of the platform are switched on.

  • Basic ("Katalog") — a catalog storefront for a small shop, up to 500 products.
  • Plus — adds the shopping cart, orders and customer accounts, up to 3,000 products.

You choose a plan during setup. Moving to a different plan later happens through support — see below.

What each plan includes

The comparison table on the pricing page lists every line: product catalog, shopping cart, orders, customer accounts, and product limit.

A feature that is not in your plan is visible but locked, so you always know what an upgrade would give you rather than discovering it later.

Monthly or yearly billing

Both periods buy the same plan. Yearly costs ten months for twelve — two months free — and is charged as one payment for the year. Monthly is charged every month.

You can switch period at a renewal. The price you see on the pricing page is always the per-month figure, with the billed total shown underneath.

Change your plan

Merchants don't switch plans themselves. Write to [email protected] and we'll move your store to another plan; your products, orders and settings stay as they are.

If you're moving to a plan with a lower product limit, unpublish or delete products first so your catalog fits.

Store status

Each store carries a status, shown in Settings and in the Manager app:

  • Active — everything works normally.
  • Grace — a payment is late. The storefront stays up and you keep full access while you settle it.
  • Suspended — the storefront is offline and the dashboard is read-only. Paying restores it.
  • Archived — the store is closed. Its data is kept, and support can reopen it.

Storage and limits

Every plan has room for several photos of every product it allows, so storage is not something you usually need to think about. If you ever run short, write to us.

Product limits count published and draft products together. Archived products do not count.

Paying

Invoices go to the account email. Contact [email protected] if you need an invoice addressed to a company, a different billing contact, or a payment method we do not list.

If your operation needs something outside these two plans — more than 3,000 products, a custom theme design, or priority support — talk to our team and we'll put together a Custom plan for your store.
