Using Dukan
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use Dukan for lawful business purposes. If you use Dukan for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity under your account, and keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service
Dukan provides tools for managing commerce, including products, orders, inventory, storefronts, channels, and insights. Features may evolve as we improve the service, and some functionality may depend on your plan, region, or third-party integrations.
We aim to keep Dukan reliable and available, but maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally interrupt access.
Plans, fees, and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing period shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges, except taxes based on Dukan’s income. We will give reasonable notice before a material price change applies to a renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dukan to break the law; violate another person’s rights; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity; or sell prohibited, fraudulent, or harmful goods or services.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the platform.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit to Dukan. You grant Dukan a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and as otherwise directed by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your collection and use of customer information comply with applicable law. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
You may choose to connect Dukan with payment providers, delivery partners, marketplaces, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services, and Dukan is not responsible for third-party products or actions.
Links or integrations do not imply that Dukan endorses or controls the third party.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dukan or cancel a paid plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm others or the platform.
Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
Dukan is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Dukan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law allows.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Dukan, our business, or legal requirements. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a material change affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice.
